To operate its bump reminders and community features, Guildspark stores:

• Server (guild), channel, and role IDs needed to send reminders and run commands.
• Timestamps of the last bump and the next scheduled reminder.
• Configuration you set through commands, such as the reminder channel or role.

Guildspark does not read, store, or log the content of your members' messages.

How We Use This Information

The data above is used solely to make Guildspark function sending bump reminders on schedule and applying the settings you've configured. We do not sell or share this data with third parties.

Data Retention

Server data is retained for as long as Guildspark remains in your server. If you remove the bot, its stored configuration for your server is deleted.

Your Rights

You can request removal of your server's data at any time by contacting us see below or simply by removing Guildspark from your server.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
