By adding Guildspark to your Discord server or using its commands, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Use of the Bot

Guildspark is provided to help communities schedule and manage bump reminders. You agree not to use it to violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, or to abuse, spam, or disrupt other servers or users.

Availability

Guildspark is provided "as is," without guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, change features, or temporarily take the bot offline without notice.

Limitation of Liability

Guildspark is provided free of charge and without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or missed reminders resulting from use of the bot.

Termination

We may restrict or remove Guildspark's access to a server that violates these terms. You may remove Guildspark from your server at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Guildspark after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
